Delivery
We strive to offer our customers the best possible ordering experience and therefore have opted for a premium delivery service. All orders sent out are always on a tracked/signed for service via Parcelforce/Royal Mail depending on the parcel size, this not only allows you to track your parcel along the way on but also sends an automated email/SMS to the given details from checkout to inform you an estimated date/time of delivery. We aim to dispatch any orders placed before 11:30am on the same day, in some cases it may be the following day. Any orders placed after 11:30am will be shipped the next working day due to arranged collection times. Please allow 3-5 working days all for Uk orders.
For any of our EU or international customers please allow extended time scales for order deliveries. This being completely out of our control there is nothing we can do on our end, so please sit tight, we promise it’ll be worth the wait. As you can understand anything that leaves outside the EU has to go through customs which usually experiences massive holdups, contacting us via every platform daily certainly won’t spend this process up.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on item weight and shipping address. Postage & packaging is free for orders over the valve of £55 (only applies to orders within Northern Ireland/Mainland Uk). For any non-uk country orders, import duty charges may apply and will be calculated by shipping carrier.
Please be advised to double check delivery address is correct at checkout as we cannot be liable for delivery of items to an incorrect address.
For any orders that is seen to be damaged on delivery please accept and contact us straight away via “contact us” page and we will have this rectified.
